Shipping     Policy

We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse. 

  1. All local orders include free pickup at the Grand Rapids, MI location during normal business hours. 

  2. Paid shipping costs are $8 flat rate which is calculated at checkout page. All orders over $50 include free ground shipping.

  3. Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. If the item is in stock, this tracking information will be available within 24hrs. If the item is not in stock, please allow 3-5 days for processing and tracking information. 

  4. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

  5. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undelivered package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.

  6. We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to an incorrect address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or complex main office to ensure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

  7. Unless an item is damaged, we are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records

Return Policy

We know that ordering clothes online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to describe the items in as much detail as possible including fit, colors and minor details. However, we understand that sometime returns are necessary, but in order for us to better serve you, some rules must be followed.

  1. Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 7 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit, less shipping cost and issued in the form of a email.

  2. Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn. 

  3. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  4. Passion Petal Boutique is not responsible for the shipping cost on packages delivered to the customer or returned to the boutique.
